超敏C反应蛋白与心血管疾病的预防

摘要：

炎症生物标志物超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)可用于心血管疾病的风险评估,目前的研究表明,hsCRP是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,能增加对传统风险评分为中间风险的预测能力;越来越多的证据支持在无症状人群,尤其是传统危险评分评定为中间风险人群中通过测量hsCRP决定是否接受长期阿司匹林或他汀类药物治疗,并且支持hsCRP作为心血管疾病的二级预防指标,用于风险的进一步分层。
