残疾与劳动力市场——中国城镇男性的证据

摘要
本文利用中国健康与营养调查数据,测度了残疾人与非残疾人的就业和工资差异,分析歧视因素在工资差异中的占比及工资歧视使残疾劳动力离开劳动力市场的效应。在纠正选择性偏误以后,回归基础上的分解结果显示:残疾劳动力与非残疾劳动力工资差异中,不可解释部分对非残疾劳动力有利的比例为35%47%,这也是对残疾劳动力工资歧视的上限值;工资歧视使残疾人就业率下降1.4%,工资歧视的就业效应只占残疾人和非残疾人就业率差异的很小比例。
