摘要：

美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册第五版(the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders,fifth edition,DSM-V)诊断标准已于2013年5月发布。新的标准将对孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorders,ASD)的临床诊断、治疗及ASD患儿的管理有着直接的影响,同时也会影响人群中ASD发病率的估计。新标准引起较大争议的同时,也给医学界及家庭带来一定的挑战。本文就新标准的变化及其对患儿的诊断、治疗和发病率的影响做一综述。
