<正>肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome,IBS）是一组包括腹痛、腹胀、腹部不适,以排便习惯改变为主要特征,持续或间歇发作,而又缺乏胃肠道结构和生化异常的功能性胃肠疾病[1]。据文献[2]报道,亚洲国家的IBS患病率为5%10%,然而只有约30%的患者因明显的腹部不适等症状而得到诊治,其余大部分符合IBS症状的患者人群并
