<正>幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori,Hp)与胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌等疾病密切相关,且与多种胃肠道外疾病相关,迫切需要有效的根除方案以防治疾病的发生发展。含质子泵抑制剂(PPI)-克拉霉素-阿莫西林或甲硝唑为国内外共识意见推荐的一线治疗方案[1],然而,其根除率已逐年下降,在某些地区甚至低于70%,远低于感染性疾病80%的起始治愈率[2]。Maastricht IV指出标准三联根除率降低的原因为:低依从性、高胃酸、高细菌载量、细菌类型[1],另外,宿主基因
