摘要：

三叶因子家族是一组具有三叶因子结构域的小分子蛋白质,其特异性的合成并分泌表达于胃肠道。三叶因子家族高度保守,同时具有耐热、耐酸和耐酶等特点,在胃肠道的保护及修复过程中具有重要作用。以下就三叶因子的基因与蛋白质结构、组织表达和分布、生理功能和作用机制、三叶因子结合蛋白、调控机制、肿瘤标记物等方面进行综述。
