摘要：

The high molecular weight subunits of wheat Glutenin in 9 giant spike wheat germplasms were determined by electrophoretic analysis. The subunits 7+9 controlled by Glu-Bl exist almost in each germplasm.The subunits controlled by Glu-Al are null in most of germplasms.The subunits controlled by Glu-Dl are 2+12 in most of them,and 5+10 in some other germplasms.
