健康教育对少数民族大学生生殖健康的影响

摘要：

目的: 评价健康教育对少数民族大学生生殖健康知识态度行为的影响效果。方法: 采取整群随机抽样法, 对中南民族大学561名本科一年级少数民族新生进行生殖健康相关行为的教育干预, 持续8个月。通过教育干预前、后2次问卷调查评价教育干预效果。结果: 通过教育干预, 学生的生殖健康知识、态度和行为有明显的提高和转变, 教育干预前、后生理知识回答正确率由干预前的51.38%提高到83.42%, 性病/艾滋病知识回答正确率由干预前的65.23%提高到90.23%;对婚前性行为、同性恋等问题持正向/积极态度的人数均比干预前有显著的增加(P<0.05);大学生对卫生和生殖健康相关行为回答正确率从55.13%提高到65.13%。结论: 对少数民族大学生进行生殖健康教育切实可行, 且效果显著。
