组织学习对开放式创新“导向—能力”关系影响研究

摘要
本文从开放式创新和动态能力背后的学习机制和知识利用过程出发,将开放式创新视为一种企业经营导向,同时构造了一种符合动态能力要求的开放式创新能力,并引入了组织学习理论,构建基于组织学习的开放式创新和动态能力的关系模型,探索组织学习对开放式创新导向和开放式创新能力关系的影响机理。研究发现,组织学习通过影响开放度进而影响开放式创新导向,而开放式创新导向对开放式创新能力有积极影响,并在这一过程中网络能力发挥着重要的正向调节作用。
