摘要：

从价值网络的视角研究中小企业的开放式创新,比较了大型企业与中小型企业开放式创新的异同、分析中小型企业的创新意愿、吸收能力及互补性等因素对开放式创新以及结网的影响;探讨中小型企业吸收外部知识到内部开发、整合内部知识、激励外部成员转移知识等创新机制,构建基于价值网络的开放式创新网络,从而实现中小型企业的开放式创新。
