不同认知程度老年患者牙健康状况分析

摘要：

目的探讨不同认知程度对老年患者牙健康的影响。方法将就诊的202例老年患者根据其病史和认知程度分为认知正常组(n=68)、认知障碍组(n=64)和痴呆组(n=70),比较其间医疗、牙健康以及身体功能状态。结果老年患者牙健康状况整体水平较差,其中39.8%以上痴呆组患者无牙,明显高于认知障碍组(28.1%,P<0.05);而有牙齿的认知障碍组和痴呆组患者平均分别有6.5和6.7颗龋齿,明显高于认知正常组的4.8颗(P<0.05)。结论老年患者牙健康整体水平较差,不同认知障碍程度牙健康状况不同。
