别嘌醇致药疹伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多及系统症状

摘要：

<正>1病例资料患者女性,65岁,因"全身皮疹、发热1周,尿少1 d"入院。入院前32 d因双膝关节痛就诊当地医院,查肾功能UREA 4.3 mmol/L、CRE 79.2μmol/L、UA 608μmol/L。予"别嘌醇100 mg,3次/日"等处理。入院前1周无明显诱因出现发热,最高40.2℃,同时出现全身皮疹,伴瘙痒,双膝关节轻微疼痛。当地医院对症处理,效果差。入院前1 d出现尿量减少,24 h约500 mL。查体:体温40℃,
