摘要
<正> 柑桔是我国南方最为重要的水果种类。近些年,生产中存在的病毒病危害以及柑桔北缘地带的周期性冻害已经给柑桔生产造成了巨大的经济损失,这些问题有待育种工作者去解决。 柑桔育种周期长、占地广,以及长期无性繁殖造成遗传上高度杂合性,均影响柑桔有性杂交与遗传育种研究的开展。此外,柑桔类植物的多胚性,即大多数柑桔种类(品种)具有珠心胚现象。近几十年来由于追求无核性状,致使如今生产中的主栽品种大多是雄性或/和雌性不育类型;这两个特殊困难使得柑桔的有性杂交工作更难开展。有性杂交,这一在品种改良和性状遗传规律研究中的重要途径,在柑桔育种中没能起到应有的作用。对几
