摘要：

<正>由于照顾患病的家庭成员而产生的负担,即"照顾者负担(caregiver burden)"已经获得了广泛研究,但是作为照顾接受者感受到的负担却很少被关注。照顾接受者感受到的负担即自我感受负担(self-perceived burden,SPB),于2003年由COUSINEAU等[1]研究透析患者时首次正式提出,此前也有很多关于患者负担感受的质性研究,但都不是作为主要研究方向,因此SPB一经提出就获得了广泛关注。此后SPB在癌症患者[2-4]、脑卒中患者[5]、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症患者[6]、慢性疼痛患者[7]中得到
