摘要：

呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)是机械通气的主要并发症之一,属于医院获得性肺炎。一旦出现呼吸及相关性肺炎,患者的死亡率明显增高,而预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的因素是多方面的,本文是为了解国外关于呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防策略所做综述。
