量表或调查表的设计是调查研究的关键环节,量表的特性对调查质量至关重要。Likert式量表广泛应用于流行病学、慢性病防控、传染病防控、心理健康、生命质量、儿童少年卫生、营养卫生等公共卫生领域及其他社会学领域的调查研究,而不同应答等级对量表的特性即信度、效度会产生较大的影响。本文综述了在量表设计时不同应答等级、中性中间点及选项的形式对量表收集数据特征和特性的影响。
