茯苓素与小鼠腹腔细胞膜蛋白及牛血清蛋白的结合作用

摘要：

<正> 中药茯苓(Poria)中的小分子提取物茯苓素(Poriatin)在体外能抑制小鼠白血病L1210细胞的DNA合成,其原发作用点在细胞膜上。本实验进一步研究茯苓素在体外对小鼠腹腔细胞膜的作用。
