认知康复训练结合头皮针治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察认知康复训练结合头皮针治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法将郑州人民医院康复医学科收治的120例脑卒中后认知功能障碍的患者随机分为头皮针治疗组、认知康复训练组、头皮针治疗联合认知康复训练组(联合治疗组)和对照组各30例,均给予神经内科常规药物治疗,头皮针治疗组、认知训练组、联合组分别给予头皮针治疗、认知康复训练、头皮针治疗结合认知康复训练,对照组除常规神经内科给药外不进行其他系统训练或药物治疗。治疗前及治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月分别用蒙特利尔认知估量表(MoCA)进行评定。结果治疗后3个月及6个月3组相对于对照组的MoCA评分均有升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗后3个月相比,治疗后6个月MoCA评分无显著提升(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月及6个月,联合治疗组MoCA评分相对于单纯头皮针治疗组和单纯认知康复训练组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相对于对照组,治疗后3个月3组韦氏评分均有显著提升(P<0.05)。结论认知康复训练结合头皮针治疗可明显改善脑卒中后认知障碍患者的认知功能。
