<正>脓毒症是严重创伤、烧伤、感染、手术后常见的并发症,患者住院时间长,预后差,病死率高。全世界每年大约1000人中就有3人发生严重感染,并呈现不断增长的趋势。脓毒症发病机制复杂,涉及感染、炎症反应、免疫等一系列问题,并与机体多系统多器官的病理生理改变密切相关,
