员工资质过高及其影响:研究述评

摘要
近年来关于资质过高的研究呈现不断增长趋势,学者们主要关注了员工资质过高或资质过高感的影响效果。本文拟对现有的文献进行归纳和评述,涉及资质过高的概念、测量和作用。总体来看,资质过高感与工作态度呈现负相关关系,与工作绩效的关系尚未得出一致的研究结论。未来应该更多地关注资质过高与结果变量之间关系的边界条件,更好地厘清二者之间的关系。
