摘要：

[目的/意义]总结国内外移动图书馆用户体验研究现状,分析移动图书馆用户体验研究取得的成果及存在的不足,对未来的研究内容进行展望。[方法/过程]通过对文献内容分析,从移动图书馆用户体验内涵及要素研究、移动图书馆用户体验模型研究、移动图书馆用户体验测评研究和移动图书馆用户体验提升研究4个方面对当前研究成果进行梳理。[结果/结论]对未来的研究建议与展望:在理论方面,完善移动图书馆用户体验理论体系,注重多学科交叉研究和探索新的用户体验研究方向;在实践方面,探究多元化研究方法,加强可持续化研究和深化用户体验提升研究。
