摘要：

帕金森病(PD)引起的认知功能障碍是目前国内外研究的热门,研究发现PD患者的认知功能障碍主要表现在视空间能力的改变、言语和记忆障碍、痴呆和智力的改变、以及与额叶有关的功能改变等。认知功能障碍尤其是智能障碍和痴呆直接影响患者的生活质量和能否回归社会。目前对PD患者认知功能障碍的临床康复及治疗方法均缺乏系统研究。
