摘要：

目前Ⅰ型糖尿病的基因治疗领域取得众多进展，如转入凋亡基因异种胰岛细胞以阻断免疫反应，通过各种策略将内分泌细胞系、肝细胞及成纤维细胞等经基因工程构建成能分泌成熟胰岛素的细胞，其分泌作用需受正常调控，本文对有关进展作以综述。
