槲皮素的心血管保护作用研究进展

摘要
黄酮类化合物槲皮素对人的健康特别是心脏方面具有重要积极的意义。槲皮素已经在各个方面被证实具有抗高血压、抗炎、抗糖尿病和心血管疾病的效果。特别是在心血管保护方面,槲皮素能抑制低密度脂蛋白的氧化,内皮依赖性血管扩张剂效果、减少黏附分子及其他的炎症标志物的产生,在氧化应激下保护内皮等功能,这表明槲皮素在治疗心血管疾病方面具有广阔前景。本文就槲皮素的心血管保护作用方面作一综述。
