脑卒中高危人群规范化筛查模式的建立与应用

摘要：

目的建立脑卒中高危人群规范化筛查模式,应用于脑卒中高危人群进行筛查与管理,并评价其初步应用效果。方法该科成立脑卒中筛查管理小组,建立规范化脑卒中筛查模式,在门诊及社区人群中开展脑卒中筛查工作,对筛查出的脑卒中高危人群根据脑卒中筛查与干预指南实施为期1年的管控。结果共筛查高危人群9 631例,筛查出高危患者1 786例,高危患者率为18.55%。对高危患者存在的高危因素实施干预,干预前、后高危患者血糖、血压、血脂、肥胖指数、吸烟、体育锻炼、合理饮食等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立脑卒中规范化筛查模式,对脑卒中高危人群进行专项管理是做好脑卒中筛查与管控工作的重要保障,可降低脑卒中高危人群的危险因素。
