<正>大咯血是一种呼吸系统急危重症,一直以来文献对大咯血的定义各不相同,往往依赖于对咯出血液的定量估计,如24 h内咯血300～600 ml或1周内咯血大于3次,且每次咯血量大于100 ml可认为是大咯血,但这一出血量难以准确估计[1-4]。因此,大咯血可被定义为任何危及生命的咯血量以及可能
