摘要：

<正>肠道病毒71型(enterovirus71,EV71)是小RNA病毒科(Picornaviridae)肠道病毒属成员,是手足口病(handfoot-mouth disease,HFMD)的病原体之一。通常,EV71感染只会引起轻度的手足口疱疹病变及疱疹性咽峡炎(herpangina),且多在一周内自然恢复,但在极少数情况下,能引起严重并发症,包括脑炎(encephalitis)、无菌性脑膜炎(aseptic meningitis)、肺水肿或肺出血(pulmonaryedema or hemorrhage)、急性软瘫(acute flaccid paralysis)、心肌炎(myocarditis)等,其中如果发生肺水肿则病死率极高。现就EV71感染引起的肺水肿做一综述。
