QQ群互动对大学生艾滋病污名的影响

摘要：

遏制艾滋病蔓延的重要途径之一是减少艾滋病污名。本研究以大学生为被试,将口语报告式的问卷法和简版内隐联系测验相结合,探讨在QQ群中性互动和QQ群积极互动情境下,个体的内隐艾滋病污名和外显艾滋病污名的变化特点,以及二者之间的关系。研究结果表明,被试对艾滋病患者持有内隐污名,但没有外显污名;QQ群互动能降低外显艾滋病污名和内隐艾滋病污名;QQ群中性互动和QQ群积极互动对内隐艾滋病污名的干预作用没有差异;相对于QQ群中性互动而言,QQ群积极互动对外显艾滋病污名的干预作用更强。总之,QQ群互动形式的虚拟接触能降低艾滋病污名,对其它受污名群体的态度研究有借鉴意义。
