摘要：

脑卒中后认知障碍给患者及其家庭带来沉重的负担,早期识别及干预有助于延缓脑卒中后认知障碍的发生及进展,本文介绍了脑卒中后认知障碍的概念、流行病学特点及临床特点,阐述国内外认知功能评估工具在脑卒中患者中的应用情况以及存在的问题,旨在为临床医护人员选择合适的认知功能评估工具提供参考,为编制符合我国文化背景的脑卒中认知功能评估工具提供思路。
