肉苁蓉化学成分及改善智力抗衰老研究

摘要
随着老龄人口的增加,老年性痴呆的发病率越来越高,寻找和开发具有自主知识产权的天然药物,以预防和治疗老年痴呆等学习记忆障碍疾病已成为近年来研究的热点之一。现代研究表明,肉苁蓉具有抗氧化、清除自由基、减少细胞凋亡、提高机体免疫力等药理活性,能够改善智力,提高小鼠学习记忆能力,有进一步研究开发的前景。本文就近年来国内外有关肉苁蓉化学成分、抗衰老及改善学习记忆障碍等研究成果作一综述。
