摘要
防御素是生物在长期进化过程中保留下来的一种古老的宿主防御机制。研究发现 ,哺乳动物防御素是抵御外来微生物入侵的重要物质 ,是一类由 18~ 4 2个氨基酸组成的酸性阳离子抗菌肽。本文综述了防御素作为效应分子和调节分子参与先天免疫 ,并重点阐述了近年发现防御素在获得性免疫中的重要地位 ,提示防御素在今后控制感染性疾病中可能发挥重要作用。
