病毒分离培养新技术及其应用

摘要
一些新发病毒和难培养病毒,如人冠状病毒、人诺如病毒、肝炎病毒等,由于缺乏有效培养体系,使这些病毒的疫苗研发、病理机制等深入研究受限。本文总结了传统病毒培养分离技术的发展及其应用,重点介绍了近年来发展的一些新兴技术,如离心培养、混合细胞培养、转基因培养、器官型上皮细胞"木筏式"培养、基质培养模型、旋转壁式生物反应器培养模型、干细胞来源的细胞培养。这些新技术提高了病毒分离培养效率及灵敏度,促进新病毒的发现,为抗病毒药物、疫苗研发奠定物质基础。
