摘要：

慢加急性肝衰竭(acute-on-chronic liver failure,ACLF)是一种以慢性肝病病理损伤为基础,以不同程度肝细胞坏死性病变为特征的病理过程,其具体发生机制尚未完全明确,但各种免疫细胞在其中发挥重要作用已有共识。本文通过阐述临床和动物研究中多种免疫细胞在ACLF发生发展中的变化,了解ACLF免疫学发病机制,以期为临床治疗ACLF提供科学依据。
