股权结构与公司风险承担间的动态关系——基于动态内生性的经验研究

摘要：

以2002～2011年716家上市公司为样本,在动态内生性的框架下,运用动态面板的System GMM估计方法,通过"内部工具变量"解决了寻找有效工具变量的困难,以动态性视角研究了股权结构与公司风险承担间的关系。研究发现:股权集中度和国有股比例都与风险承担负相关,股权制衡度与风险承担无关;股权结构与风险承担间存在跨时期的相互作用;股权结构与风险承担间存在动态内生性。
