资源行动演化下动态能力对战略绩效的影响——以亿利集团为例

摘要
现阶段创业活跃度日益提升,优秀的创业企业在同外部的交流中不断修正资源行动,察觉市场先机,进而占据一席之地。实证研究表明,创业企业会依照环境变动整合资源,革新资源行动,构建动态能力,获取竞争优势,但关于"资源行动—动态能力—企业绩效"的路径尚未明确。因此运用动态能力的中介效用,解释"不同成长阶段的企业如何通过资源行动影响绩效"以及"阶段性的资源行动为什么会作用于绩效",具有很强的理论和现实意义。本文以亿利集团为研究对象,采用BSC评价方法,借助动态能力视角梳理了创业企业成长过程中资源行动策略对战略绩效的影响路径。结果表明,阶段性资源行动会对动态能力产生不同程度的正向作用,进而实现对绩效的提升。
