摘要：

上肢功能评定表是一项从患者角度对上肢功能进行评定的问卷量表,通过患者的自我评定了解患肢功能损害的程度。与以往的评定方法相比,上肢功能评定表并不借助客观的检测指标,更注重患者心理因素在功能损害中的影响及患者对损伤的主观感受,更适合当前以患者为中心的生物-社会-心理医疗模式。该文就上肢功能评定表的制定与验证、主要内容及临床应用等作一综述。
