继官僚制和市场之后,合作治理已经成为最为重要的治理机制之一,本文对近年来英文文献中有关合作治理的研究进行了述评,包括合作治理的概念基础、研究框架、核心的研究主题(合作治理的条件以及合作治理的影响)三个方面。总体来看,当下西方学者对于合作治理的研究仍然被"功能性"研究主导,打开合作治理的"黑箱"是最为核心的研究主题,视角的多样、理论基础的繁杂以及经验研究的缺如都导致当下的合作治理研究陷入困境。未来的合作治理研究,需要在概念基础上达成共识,整合理论基础,构建更为严谨的理论框架,进行更为扎实的经验研究。
