国际视野下的中国教研组研究述评

摘要
教研组是我国促进教师专业发展、保障教育质量的重要组织。自20世纪90年代起,我国教研系统的特色实践模式受到了海外研究者的关注。本文对教研组相关的60篇英语文献进行综述,呈现了国际视野下中国教研组相关研究的进展。研究发现,国际学术界对教研体系的关注度持续升高,研究者主要围绕教研活动、组织和变革三类研究主题,运用教师知识与实践理论、社群理论、政策实施理论等多种理论解读中国教研组。
