摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是引起消化系统疾病(如消化性溃疡、胃癌及胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤等)的主要病原菌。目前Hp的治疗方案主要是药物抗菌疗法,但此法存在复发率高、难以群体防治的不足,而Hp疫苗有望解决这一问题,但目前尚未找到高效、安全的Hp疫苗。近年来Hp疫苗在实验研究、免疫机制、免疫佐剂与呈递系统及临床研究等方面均取得了较大进展。
