创业关系网络与新创企业绩效——基于创业发展阶段的分析

摘要：

本文探讨了技术型中小企业的创业关系网络对新创企业绩效的影响机制,并引入创业发展阶段的变量,研究在各创业发展阶段中创业关系网络对新创企业绩效的不同程度的影响。通过对实证研究结果进行分析,本文得出如下结论:(1)新创企业在创建阶段,相较于创业关系网络强度和中心性,创业关系网络异质性对新创企业绩效的影响更大;(2)新创企业在成长阶段,相较于创业关系网络强度和异质性,创业关系网络中心性对新创企业绩效的影响更大;(3)新创企业在成熟阶段,相较于创业关系网络异质性和中心性,创业关系网络强度会对新创企业绩效产生负向影响。
