摘要
<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一组以不完全可逆的气流受限为特征的疾病。气道持续进行的非特异性慢性炎症,伴有急性加重,小气道重塑及终末气道损害是气流不可逆受限的病理机制[1]。迄今对于COPD的发病机制还不明确,被认为是肺部对于有害气体及有害颗粒的异常炎症反应有关。COPD的气道炎症以中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、CD8+T细胞浸润为主[2],提示固有免疫及适应性免疫均参与了COPD的发病。树突状细胞(DC)作为目前已知的最强的
