不主动寻找新闻也能保持消息灵通吗?——“新闻找到我”感知对微博知识效应的影响研究

随着社交媒体的渗透,不经意地偶然接触新闻和被动学习知识成为常态。人们可能认为,即使不去主动寻找新闻,也可以在日常的社交媒体使用过程中保持消息灵通,间接地获得对时事政治和公共事务的了解,这被称为"新闻找到我"感知。本文关注"新闻找到我"感知与社交媒体知识效应的关系。采用配额分层抽样方法对中国网民在微博中的新闻使用和知识学习情况展开调查,研究结果发现,微博新闻使用有显著的知识效应,但受到"新闻找到我"感知的潜在干扰,高"新闻找到我"感知通过阻碍人们在微博新闻使用中的政治兴趣获取,给政治知识学习带来了间接的负面影响。该结论提醒我们,培养公众主动关注和寻找新闻的动机和行为,仍然十分重要。本研究也为"新闻找到我"感知与知识的路径关系提供了补充性的解释。
