摘要：

<正>帕金森病除了表现为运动症状外,睡眠障碍也十分常见,本文综述了帕金森病的睡眠障碍病因、发病机制、常见临床表现类型以及治疗策略,以提高临床医师对帕金森病睡眠障碍的认识,提高帕金森病患者的生活质量。一、概述帕金森病是一种中老年人常见的神经系统变性疾病,随着年龄增加,患病率增加,65岁以上人群患病率为1%2%,而在85岁以上人群中则增至4%5%[1]。帕金森病临床上主要表现为静止性震颤、肌强直、运动减少、体位及姿势异常等运动障
