银杏漆酶同源基因片段的克隆与分析

摘要：

[目的]克隆银杏漆酶同源基因,为今后深入研究漆酶在银杏体内的功能提供基础。[方法]在提取银杏雄株叶片基因组DNA的基础上,利用PCR的方法克隆银杏漆酶同源基因片段。[结果]获得了一段基因序列,经对该基因片段的核苷酸序列分析表明,它与桃漆酶同源基因在结构上高度保守,相似性高达68%。[结论]成功克隆了银杏漆酶同源基因的部分序列。
