摘要：

对国内外家庭访视在社区老年慢性病患者中的开展现状及进展进行综述,探讨社区家庭访视存在的问题,包括访视人员不足、访视人员综合素质有待提高、访视中忽略家庭成员、访视管理制度不完善和访视干预时间太短,提出应采取措施弥补上述不足,提高社区老年慢性病访视工作的质量。
