摘要：

新形势下面对竞争环境的快速变化,如何获取持续竞争优势并提升绩效是企业所面临的重要战略问题。提升企业动态能力是解决这一问题的有效方法,本文阐述了动态能力的内涵与维度,深入探究了动态能力与企业绩效的作用关系,提出企业提升动态能力的对策,为新形势下企业的发展提供参考。
