摘要
消费者在环境保护活动中扮演着举足轻重的角色,而绿色消费是环保行为在消费领域的体现,虽然国内外已有一些关于绿色消费的研究,但是,很少有研究对绿色消费相关研究进行系统回顾。基于此,本文回顾了绿色消费的概念和本质,从绿色消费的消费者特征、绿色消费的影响因素和消费者对绿色消费态度与行为不一致的原因三个方面,对绿色消费的相关文献进行了梳理,最后,说明了绿色消费领域已有研究尚存在的不足和未来研究的方向。
