摘要
玛咖是原产于秘鲁安第斯山脉(海拔3 500 m以上)的珍稀高山药、食两用植物,不仅含有丰富的蛋白质、人体必需的氨基酸、多种矿物质(K、Ca、Fe、Zn)和多种维生素(VB1、VB2、VC)等营养物质,而且含有玛咖生物碱、芥子油苷与甾醇类等次生代谢活性成分。大量研究表明,玛咖具有提高生育力、改善性功能、调节内分泌、增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗压力、抗疲劳和抗癌等作用,并对风湿症、呼吸疾病、抑郁症、贫血症等有很好的治疗效果。近10年来,在我国云南、新疆、吉林和湖南等省(区)引种玛咖已获成功,并形成了一定规模的生产能力,栽培玛咖已成为高海拔山区发展林下经济新的增长点。文中对玛咖的生物学特性、化学成分、药理作用、引种栽培和组织培养等5个方面的研究进行了综述,旨在为我国进一步科学发展玛咖生产及合理开发利用玛咖资源提供参考依据。
