摘要：

双膦酸盐类药物是抗骨质疏松治疗的一线用药。但药物研究结果与临床实际疗效存在明显差距,此差距源于医生和患者对双膦酸盐治疗骨质疏松症的长期性认识不足,对双膦酸盐的不良反应如非典型性骨折和下颌骨坏死的过度担心,用药依从性差;对药物假期的理解和选择还存在误区。强调重视双膦酸盐治疗的依从性管理和药物假期选择,会为抗骨质疏松治疗取得满意疗效提供帮助。
