摘要：

尿路结石是泌尿外科的常见疾病,且以上尿路结石多见。近年来,随着腔内泌尿外科技术的发展,上尿路结石的治疗也趋于微创化。而输尿管软镜具有微创、安全、痛苦轻、恢复快等特点,被更多结石患者所接受,目前已成为上尿路结石尤其是肾结石的重要治疗手段。近些年来,输尿管软镜及其碎石辅助设备发展迅速,不仅提高了碎石疗效及安全性,同时减少了手术时间,降低了手术成本费用。
